Ah, I see we have a new budding BRRE member; Bill Laverty, who will be
referred to from now on as  Mr 2 pints flicker free. Welcome aboard the
experimental drinking lab of the TIG University.

A new BRRE abbreviations

PAL            Pints Alter Latency  (This has been proven by the Mr2 pints
flicker free experiment. See above)
