That's something that has also bothered me watching the credits- as you
describe, the crossfade to wallpaper music - They spend 100 million on
the film and can't rearrange the film's music for the credits?  Even
I Love Lucy had a nicely timed closing theme and credits, and it must
have cost all of 10k$US per episode.  (my absolute favorite US TV
music of all time: the Perry Mason theme)

ah but that he could be.. in a true democracy :)  ..if only Herodotus
had known how to make movies..
